# Welcome to Orientation and Training

The Team Member Handbook covers topics that apply to all team members at our senior living communities. At the end of this handbook is a test for you to take and return to your supervisor. In the days ahead, you will also receive orientation and training for your specific department and job.

Please keep this important document available for review.

Included in this handbook are the following sections:
